Located between the two highest mountains of the country and only a few kilometers from Tanzania's second biggest town - Arusha. Here now the view from above in to the living room. The sitting room has windows to three directions. For colder evenings there is ready fire place - more than 1300 metes above the sea level!

Roofed by solid tree trunks, timber and palm leaf sheds you will be always well protected while having a good time on the terrace enjoying view, climate and all other amenities of this rustic cottage.

As soon as the sun sets this is the best place to be!

 

What concerns the infrastructure of this property in this favoured region you do not have to worry: The International Airport Kilimanjaro is less than 30 kilometers far away, Arusha which is Tanzania's second biggest city is only 15 kilometers on the tarmac road away. Steady water and electricity supply can be also taken for granted.

In the middle of this irregular shaped property is the rectangular shape of the residential part with title deed. This is where also the main house is situated and the entrance way to reach the plot. From North to South the property stretches more than 320 and in East to West direction about 140 meters.
