Long strolls along unspoiled South beach is one of the big attractions of this beach property. Going north-westwards you will reach Dar es Salaam ferry in few kilometers only. If you go more south you will reach the natural country beaches of Tanzania after a few steps as it is shown on the photograph.

 
View towards city:  The right side of this photo shows one of the preceding islands and in the direct neighbourhood the water is much more shallow which invites you to discover the full sandy sea bottom at low tide. In front of the property "City beach", less than 2 sea miles is Island ''Inner Sinda''. It is part of a bigger coral reef which is preceded by ''Outer Sinda'' island. The nothern plot extends more into the interior than the one which is located South of it.

In only 5 minutes drive  you reach the ferry on the tarmac road after 7.5 kilometers only.
