"We are Hannah and Sven Luht, a German couple from Tübingen.
When we fell in love with Tanzania during travels some years ago we decided to settle down here and to establish a little beach lodge in order to be able giving also other people the opportunity to discover this beautiful, marvellous country. After two years of intense planning we finally came here in March 2012 and started establishing our lodge directly on the lovely sandy beach on the Indian Ocean.
We have been forced to a hard stiff of work as the plot is situated amongst pure nature in the African bush; everything arose by our own hands' work and the help of local day-workers.

The preceding sandbank is already in use by the lodge for recreation purposes while the lodge guests discover their own peace of mind at this unspoilt ocean stretch.

Restaurant with the attached kitchen and store are located on the ground floor of the main building while the reception is situated outside the building. The upper is fully for the private usage of the hotelier of the lodge.

3 rustic rooms are placed in this wooden cottage which has of course direct sea view and breeze.

Higher and cool shaded under the Baobab tree is this fancy guest accommodation in the tree house. Beside the fully exposed guest cottages along the waterfront, built on poles in the water, this kind of sleeping facility in Dar es Salaam is an unique sensation and has not yet been copied. On the ocean side is lots of space for recreation within the borders of Dar es Saalaam or just 25 minutes drive from ferry or bridge.

Although this aerial picture is a few years old, the operating lodge of nowadays is not yet existing, but the location of the 195 meter beach is indicated and the potential of the property location becomes visible. The property is only 25 kilometers off the city center of Dar esSalaam in an undisturbed evergreen beach enviroment located. Situated along a peninsular of the main land, the property is surrounded by water and invites therefore all different kinds of water sport acitivites as well as forest and beach strolls.
