All constructions of the lodge offer a tremendous view over the coastal bushy vegetation towards the Indian Ocean. Here the wooden veranda of one of the chalets which is located in the back.

 

 

In the interior of this10,5 acre beach plot is the manager house situated. Store and office are placed downstairs while the manager lives upstairs. On the right hand side of the picture the second gate to the property can be seen. In the back between this and the manager house is the spacious parking space located.

Good finishing of all used hard wood timbers can be already seen in the office room.

Going further from the manager house in the park atmosphere towards the ocean, the huge main house follows on the left side.

   

Continuing on the same path, you can go left to eye-catching veranda or right towards the beach as well as chalets along the coastal slope.

Hidden in the evergreen coastal vegetation the cottages suits well in to the hilly slope.

L-shaped is the wooden veranda which goes half around the 3-bedroom accommodation. The open kitchen increases the airy climate in the house.

Your whole family with up to 8 persons can stay in this jungle house which was built out of natural material, offering all Western upper amenities in kitchen and bathrooms.

Welcome and have seat! Here your guest stay in nature with luxury and the right and well styled ambience. Definitively they are ready to pay well for this unforgotten time in your paradise.

Families are most welcome, because each cottage has its own kitchen facility and sufficient space for up to 8 guests.

 

 

Very airy it becomes under the palm thatched roof which is ventilated by the open windows. Mosquito are the essential protection at night.

Lunchtime! Why not to eat in the bar cottage at the upper site of the plot having a great view on the lower parts?

 

 

The aerial picture displays the slope running down to the water. Although this picture does not show all the constructions due to its age, it gives a good first impression of the size and dimensions of this chunk of beach land.

137 meters of sandy beach frontage are standing against a 300 meter length going into the interior. We are talking about 42.150mē!

 

Just 40 kilometers from Dar es Salaam's ferry point Malu-Malu is less than 40 minutes by car away from town. Electricity line and tarmac road are approaching the area and are expected to reach the main road there by middle of next year - inshallah!
