Located less than 4 kilometers  from the tarmac road on a sandy road in between the coconut palms. The compound is fenced by a coral stone wall. Behind the gate are 3 roofed car parks and between the house and gate is enough space for parking up to 15 cars.



At the other side of the villa lies the long veranda and the balcony which invites or relaxing as well as to celebrate.


One veranda in the front towards the sea has a L-form where it gives a beautiful view over garden and sea - wherever you are on the balcony. This spacious and fully roofed extension of the sitting room can be considered as the first living room. An totally attractive spot to welcome up to 100 guests.



View from the back side of the property which is facing the seafront. All windows are very high that you can not miss sea view amd breeze. The big open balcony from living and sitting room is visible in the right half of the building on the 1st floor . Furthermore you will find the kitchen in this wing of the house. The middle the mansion is divided by the stairs and in the left wing of the villa are 3 bedrooms of which 2 are self-contained. In the ground floor on the right side there is garage and store, on the left wing are toilets in the tall entry hall and a huge self-contained guest room with it's own veranda. On top in the 2nd floor is the master bedroom - here hidden behind the palm - with it's own balcony.  Divided by a wall you can see on the left side of the main building the 3-house-complex of the servants.


A fontain keeps the right humidity in the building. Even at electricity cuts or when nobody is in the house, everywhere in the building the sea breeze can pass easily due to the long and slim with mosquitio net protected windows. On the right hand side of the picture the Swahili-Arab ceiling with its black logs is visible which are giving the residence a rustic traditonal flair.


All corridors are fully tiled by European tiles and the stairs are wooden. Picture was taken from the second floor where the master bedroom fills the left wing of the house.



Each of the of 3 bedrooms in the right wing of the 1st floor has its own balcony with a marvellous view on garden and beach. All 3 rooms are lying on the same corridor which provides the one not self-contained room with a toilet and bathroom.



Opposite of the three bedroom wing comes the combined dinning and sitting room with its windows and doors on both sides towards the L-shape veranda. It is just in front of this room where the kitchen is located.



Skyhigh over the roof lies the master bedroom with its own balcony overviewing each and everything in garden, beach and sea.



Directly after the coral stone wall which is  much lower  towards the sea comes the marevellous  Zanzibarian East coast sea.



With more than 3000 square meters the plot has a very good relation towards the beach access which is 78 meters long. The sandy road only touches the northern part of the plot and due to little neighbour traffic the location guarantees a peaceful and quite sleeps.



Located less than 60 kilometers or one hour drive from Zanzibar town the villa is attractive for commuters, tourist or even people who are only looking for a peaceful residence.
