Turquoise is the sea bottom lightening sandy at "Sultan square" from where you have a incredible view into 3 directions along the famous  East coast. Although this property has due to its location rural character, it has each amenity of town a property. Neighbours, water, electricity and an easy access via the tarmac road, which is only a few hundred meters far away, are given.
As soon as the low tide is coming, the beach is getting very broad. The clear water remains only for the first 20 meters shallow, but really deep it is going to be behind the coral reef which is a bit more than 1 kilometer away from the coast. In between is a leisure swimming area for having lots of fun.

Southwards as well as northwards the long white beach stretch seems to be endless. On the right hand side of the picture, between the palms is the small local guesthouse located. This will be certainly the first place for people who will stay at this place while supervising the construction of "Sultan square".

Foundations are placed in different locations on the plot. Additionally the plot has a  sweet water well and is fully surrounded by concrete cement polls. At spring tide in the dry season the well water can be a bit salty.

On the Western side of the property runs the sandy road track from which this picture was taken. The well kept coconut trees have each and every size - do not fall a sleep under them! Each spot of the property has a fantastic sea view.

 

 

 
Next to this Southeast corner point of the plot, directly behind the coconut palm, on the sandy track starts the local friendly guesthouse - another indicator for a potential location.

 

 

 

With the measurements of 78 meter length along the road side and 60 or 42 meters going towards the hinterland, the property is 3000mē in size due to the cut Southeast corner of the plot. Even though the beach access remains 78 meters long.

 

 

Driving a good speed from Zanzibar town, the driver drives 51 kilometers and reaches Sultan square after about 40 minutes only. A bit northwards comes the center of Bwejuu village and southwards starts the village Paje from where the tarmac road goes westwards to Zanzibar town.
